Labour Insight tool

This search tool covers jobs advertised on the web, and thus will not include all vacancies available as a proportion of jobs are filled by other methods. Burning Glass de-duplicates data twice through an extensive methodology using key variables to identify and remove duplicates. The classification of each vacancy is only as good as the system’s algorithm, and not all attributes of the vacancy can be deduced from each advert. Nevertheless, in a recent study 88% of jobs in a manual sample of "known", valid jobs were found in Burning Glass’s database.
